Having a Life Coach provides a woman with a safe place to vent and be heard without judgement. With eight years of Coaching experience, I have learned to quickly recognize where a client is stuck/scared. I can see their potential, before they do. Change is scary but inevitable. Fear is also part of life but there is nothing more empowering than moving through it. Once you do, each time you are faced with a new challenge it becomes easier. 

 

As women, we wear many hats and sometimes we tend to put everyone’s needs before our own. Sometimes we feel guilty and think it is selfish to take care of ourselves but nothing could be further from the truth. When we take care of our body, mind and soul everyone benefits- our kids, spouses, family and friends. I can help you move forward in a way that feels effortless and natural.  I will not let you stop until you get "there". My style of coaching isn’t about changing you, it’s about helping you be YOU. I believe with confidence, self love and self esteem EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE.

 

My definition of a Queen - a women who is on top of her game - (body/health, career/passion, relationships) she is sexy, alive and passionate. She is comfortable being in her feminine energy. She is able to lean back instead of trying to control and micromanage her life (and everyone else’s)! There is nothing more "freeing" than being comfortable in your own skin and creating a sexy, happy life for yourself!
